Off-Season Workouts/Running Gear
Off-season training plans and running logs are available on our Off-Season Training page. As a general guideline, runners should be walking/jogging/running 50-100 miles over the summer or 5-10 miles for a week (there are roughly 9 weeks this summer). We will also have suggestions for running gear up online if you are in need of new shoes or running apparel.
Practice/Race Calendars
Practice and Race Calendars will be available later this summer, once they are finalized. Our first practice will be Monday, August 3rd unless otherwise noted. As a note, all runners need 10 practices completed before they run their first race. Therefore, it is important to be at the early August practices, so that runners can participate in the first race.
